I cannot thank you enough for making my breast augmentation so easy.  You were all amazing & went above & beyond to make sure I felt comfortable.  You never got annoyed with my almost daily phone calls for the 1st & 2nd week after my surgery.  I truly felt as though I was in the best possible hands.

Dr. Costanzo, you are truly an artist & your work is spectacular (so I've been told & would have to agree).  I am so grateful that you knew exactly how I wanted my breasts to look & I am so glad I listened to your advice about size...

I love them!  Your years of experience are very evident through your work & fabulous end results.  I was never nervous at anytime before the surgery & that is only because of the above average & beyond care & attention I was showed by everyone.

I absolutely love my implants, to me, they are perfect!  But more importantly my biggest insecurity is now gone & apparently has been replaced by a confident smile & stride - as noticed by my friends.

My decision to get breast augmentation surgery was one of the best personal decisions I have every made.  Although, I really wanted larger breasts, I was hesitant about getting plastic surgery.

After talking to a friend who you had performed a breast augmentation surgery on and researching your credentials and reputation, I was certain that you were the doctor that I should choose if I decided to go forward with the surgery.

When I had mentally and emotionally made the decision to go forward with the surgery, I made an appointment with your staff. I appreciated the fact that you didn't make any promises to make my body perfect and suggested the surgical technique that would best suit me.

The next day, I scheduled my surgery. The whole process went off without a hitch from the first appointment to the one-month follow-up.

I'm writing this letter in appreciation for all that has been done for me here.  I know my surgery has been an elective one but none the less a major surgery that I've thought about for 8 years.  I'm very appreciative for the service that has been given to me.  I'm a very sensitive person mentally and physically (which can be a challenge).  I have over come so much this far in my life.  I grew up in a poor and abusive situation and unlike many of your well to do clients you and your staff deal with on an average, I put myself through school and have over come the path set before me to become a infant toddler teacher for the last 12 years.  I'm an active advocate for mothers and children from all economical situations.
